//locked from Edward because he is too nosy for his own good and Bella just in case //
It was not long after she started at Forks High that I told Edward I saw Bella becoming a part of our family one day. He had the biggest attraction to her, scent-wise, than any of us ever could have dreamt of having. That wasn't really the reason behind her becoming one of us, though and he knew it. I could see the two of them becoming what they did and then her being changed. He wasn't entirely pleased with that vision of the future, but what did he expect me to do about it? I didn't create it. Technically, he did.
He always spoke about how he was never able to fully understand Bella. She always did the unexpected in his view of things. Naturally, he blamed it on not being able to read her thoughts. I blame it on the fact that even though my brother may be more intuitive than most, he'll never be able to understand someone like Bella Swan. Not many people do, but that's not really the point. Bella isn't like one of Edward's brothers or sisters. She's something else entirely to him and just as I will not always understand the things Jasper does or he understand me, the same would be for Edward and Bella.
I heard their conversation when she came by the house. It's a funny thing how I'm not able to look into the future and see any of Bella's anymore. There are small bits while she's at home or at school, but nothing else. I didn't see the new boy she's involved with rescue her from the crazy stunt she pulled a few months back and I didn't see us passing right by her the day Edward came back with us to Forks. It's a bit frustrating, not being able to know. I guess I understand a little of Edward's frustration of not being able to read her thoughts.
There was one point I saw her becoming a part of our family even more so than she had been at one time and still is really. Now I'm not able to see years into the future much less a week or a few days.

Shopping really is more therapeutic than most people realize. And when I say people, I mean my family. The boys enjoy shopping for a car or something shiny in that respect, but it's a bit harder to get Jasper to accompany me to the mall or head into Seattle or someplace for the sole purpose of going shopping. Sometimes I can get Esme or Rose to make a day of it, but they still don't seem to enjoy it quite as I do.
As much as I like shopping for myself, there's something about shopping for others that I'll never grow tired of no matter how many decades they put up protests. Jasper has usually learned to become a good sport about it, Edward as well, but Emmett is a little harder to convince. He has this thing where he doesn't enjoy his sister dressing him. But hey, I like shinier things too. Such as fast, shiny cars by the name of Porsche that go impossibly fast.
One person I enjoyed shopping for, but haven't had the chance as much over the past several months, is Bella. Now there was a human who didn't understand when it came to shopping. A young, teenage girl who didn't want me to buy things for her. What sense is there in that? They're only dresses. There's nothing wrong with looking a bit nicer on occasion is there? Didn't think so.
Though, I may go with the boys next time they look for something fast and shiny.

Hi, my name is Alice Cullen and I'm a vampire. No, really, I am. I also have flashes of the future. My family in trouble, bad things about to happen, or I look hard enough I'll can tell you your forture. No crytsal ball necessary. Just kidding, I don't take requests.
Not kdding about the vampire thing though. I live with a coven of vampires that aren't exactly like the rest of my kind. Carlisle found me and told me that there was another way to live than to snack on humans. We feed off of animals instead. Just like any normal human, right? You eat animals and so do I. Just a little differently than you. Except we call ourselves vegitarians. Kind of a funny way of putting it, personally, but there you have it.
Anyway, up until recently I never knew anything about my human life. Then there was this thing with a tracker vampire named James who I found out more about my past. Not that I asked him personally, but he used his sadistic way of video-taping himself while almost killing a good friend of mine. Once upon a time my name was Mary Alice Brandon and the reason I remember nothing from being a human is because I lived in a psychiatric hospital. A vampire who considered me to be his personal match wasn't able to keep his vampire impulses under control and he changed me.
Now I'm Alice Cullen, high school student from Forks, Washington. I'm an adopted daughter of Dr. Carlisle Cullen and Esme Cullen. I have several brothers and sisters who I love more than anything in this world. There's also Jasper who I found and brought into our family because of my flash of already seeing him in our family. It just took him a while to realize it himself and find me. My family means the world to me.
Of course, there's so much more I'm sure you want to know but where's the fun in spilling all the family secrets from the start?

"Has he changed his mind, Alice? Please, tell me if he's going to come back. He has to, right?"
Alice could only stare at the girl she was sure would become her true sister one day. In every other sense of the word, Bella Swan was already just that. A sister. The last thing she wanted to do was hurt the girl more, but she couldn't lie to her either. She couldn't lie and say that her brother was coming back because she knew for a fact that he wasn't. So many times Bella had asked her the question. "Is he coming back now, Alice?" And so many times she would have to shake her head that he wasn't.
When the questions became less and less frequent, she started to hope that Bella was moving on. The flashes of the future became less and less partly because Bella wasn't doing anything to get herself in trouble anymore. No, she was't doing much of anything, was she? Alice started to wonder if Bella resented her for not being able to say that Edward was coming back this time. He'd changed his mind and would be back to Forks in just a few days time.
Not that she didn't keep a close watchful eye on her brother. Alice wanted to hit him upside the head for taking off like he had, but she understood his reasons all the same. She'd wanted to leave with him, but Edward wasn't having that. The Cullens were a family and so she stayed behind with the rest.
A few months after that, she kept having visions of the trouble that was going on in Seattle. Only she wasn't getting the whole story. It was as if someone was purposely blocking her out to keep from knowing what was going on there. That was when they all decided something had to be done about it.
Jasper and Emmett left to go check the city out to see exactly what was going on. Jasper realized soon that this wasn't some serial killer like the papers assumed. It was a band of newborn vampires brought together as an army to take over the city. Everything was supposed to turn out fine. They would scope out what was happening, make a few kills, get their numbers, and then return home to make a plan on how to proceed from there. But then something went terribly wrong. Jasper and Emmett were at the playground where a group of children had been killed and they were ambushed. Someone had been able to get past her visions and had ambushed them.
The rest of her family were on their way to Seattle before it had even happened, but what they found when they got there was that this wasn't just some simple fight to take care of quietly. Jasper and Emmett were hurt bad enough that they all knew this was bigger than they ever anticipated and they would need every strong body available to take them out. That included Edward.
